YOUR CUP OF GIMBER?
- You answer emails (via ZENDESK) , phones and chat messages on a daily basis to provide a fast and unique service to our B2C customers
- You maintain contact with transport companies in order to get lost parcels to their owners so that they are never without GIMBER at any time
- You keep our help centre and templates up to date
- You work closely with the digital team to further optimise customer experience
- You go behind the scenes to make sure our customers' voices are heard loud and clear throughout the GIMBER-Tribe, to keep improving our product and services.
- You will be working on-site from our hip HQ, located in Tubeke
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a heart for people and love helping everyone with the most positive attitude
- You have 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar job
- You are a real team player, and radiate positivity
- You are proactive, know how to get things done and can problem-solve
- You have a fluent, creative writing style (in Dutch, French and English) and dare to think out of the box
- You have previous experience in customer service and can handle help desks (ZENDESK) and communication platforms.
