$ads={1}We are looking for a ambitious Controls and Software Project Leader for transmission controls ECU development. You will join a team of more than 200 engineers based in west Belgium.
Our customer is a world wide leader transmission systems and subsystems automotive TIER1 for high-performance top-of-the-line vehicles and sports car.
Responsibilities:
As a Software Project Lead of the Controls Department, you are end responsible for aligning the software release schedule and content with the software subsystems (Base SW, Application SW and Safety SW) and the customers.
You daily track on development & issue fixing progress with the Team Leads and/or key members of their teams.
You are driving the teams for releasing on time and with the right quality.
You report hierarchically to the Controls Test & DevOps Team Lead and functionally to the Project Manager.
Required profile:
MSc/BSc in Electronics or Computer Sciences with a passion for embedded software development & project leading
You have proven experience with content based project leading, able to challenge & convince people in a factual and underpinned way
You have professional experience with the use of relevant tools (SVN, Git, ClearCase, Jenkins, BugZilla, Jira, Doors, Polarion, )
You have strong analytic skills and can apply these to set priorities & give direction
You are hands-on, well organized, highly motivated, and have good communication skills
