$ads={1}We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in the field of mechatronics systems to join our team. The successful candidate will support the engineering development lifecycle of systems and components for automotive vehicle applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor project teams in mechatronics system and software development based on established standard methods.
Adapt standard methods to meet project needs in collaboration with the standard method committee.
Continuously improve standard methods through lessons learned and project-level tailored methods.
Maintain templates, checklists, workflows, and overall standard methods.
Prepare project teams for quality audits, ASPICE, CMMI, and ISO26262 assessments.
Assist teams in addressing non-conformances identified through assessments.
Implement methods in development tools such as Polarion, Jira, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, etc.
Map industry standards and government regulations to appropriate standards.
Conduct internal CMMI or ASPICE assessments of projects.
Support corporate quality and external assessors with assessments.
Requirements:
Master of Science in Mechatronics, Informatics, Electronics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3, preferably 5 years of work experience in a mechatronics environment with applied experience in engineering processes.
Knowledge of processes and standards, including systems engineering standards like CMMI, INCOSE, and ASPICE.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GIT, Siemens Teamcenter, SharePoint, and Jira is an advantage.
Knowledge of root cause analysis and automotive knowledge is also an advantage.
Excellent accountability, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
A commitment to continuous improvement and self-development.
Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
